Sport for Life Barbados celebrated an end of year graduation in Barbados.

Sport for Life Barbados celebrated an end of year graduation in Barbados at the end of July having been founded in 2008 as the legacy programme for Barbados cricketer Stephen Alleyne.  Twenty-seven young men and women emerged from the 2024-25 programme better equipped as sports people and citizens ready to make meaningful contributions to the playing and administrative landscape of Barbados and beyond.  Co-ordinator of the programme Kathy Harper-Hall was visibly moved over the latest success of Sport for Life Barbados.

Under the long term guidance of Chair Brenda Pope, the programme operates in two tiers, the first at Kensington Oval Test Cricket Ground, Bridgetown, and the other at Blenheim National Sports Centre and will recommence in September.
