Sport Legacy Foundation collects certain information or data about you when you use www.sportlegacyfoundation.org or www.sportforlifeinternational.org websites.

GDPR – Sport Legacy Foundation is a member of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which regulates all Organisations that process personal data and are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy – Sport Legacy Foundation subscribes to UK Government guidelines and publishes its Safeguarding Policy & Child Protection Policy annually.
We define a child as anyone who has not yet reached their 18th birthday. This is in line with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and civil legislation in England and Wales. All SLF personnel are Enhanced DBS checked.

Charity Commission – Sport Legacy Foundation is a CIO regulated charity with the Charity Commission in the U.K., submits annual accounts and follows all advisory procedures.
